April 8, 2023 New London. According to two web audits conducted by independent web security teams, the email server for City of New London is rigged through the use of an email setting known to hackers and scammers as the "Catch-All" setting.

With this setting enabled, residents are not informed when their email messages to New London's City officials are rejected! The implications include the option for officials to avoid accountability for any message received and this is explained in the email below. First, try it yourself: Send an email to any address you can make up and place this in front of the @ symbol so it looks like this,

somethingmadeuplolz@ci.new-london.ct.us

Or try the old server, same result, it still is up and running to forward to the new server:

anything-u-make-up@newlondonct.org

This Email Did Not Bounce Back

The following .PDF file contains an actual email to the City's server which returned no indication of having been rejected.

Many are assigned to attorneys like Ryan Ziolkowski Esq., a CT Attorney who carries out prosecutor David Smith's orders with a husky brute of a figure and an escalating threat of jail - no matter how false your charge may be. Such was the case for one such individual, who was policed for money among the many other defendants in GA10 Part B Court. It's time to unmask the answers to these questions and more by one brave voice - CT Attorney Ryan Ziolkowski. Corruption, injustice, and an all-encompassing sense of powerlessness-- all characteristics of the process by which victims of the GA10 Court in New London, CT, have been disempowered, oppressed and otherwise mistreated. The court's lenience to some, while harshly punishing others, has all been controlled by a select group of powerful white Italian family members who, through their collective business ventures, have created a legal system seemingly outside the scope of due process. But all that is about to change with New London's leading lawyer and law enforcement advisor, Ryan Ziolkowski Esw. Attorney at mother fuc**n law. 1. The City of New London has only to weigh the myriad benefits that result from alleviating officials of responsibility to compare and compare those as a whole with the benefits of submitting to pressures of a website author from somewhere so that he’s satisfied he can tell you how to do the next thing right.

If no one reads or understand this article here on emails the don’t bounce or if they can’t understand why emails addressed in error need to be auto-bounced to a mailer demon officials will keep the catch-all on
    – if no one says anything. even if half the city knew
    – officials would not care unless some began letting them know what they know. really I mean why would any New London official change anything -especially a cat-all, very especially that. Legally speaking, without that catch-all officials would have to follow-up with almost every email they receive. Anything else, a letter, etc. can be thrown out. “Ooos.”

But they’re official to blame if something,m anything bad happens that they were forewarned about, anything.. in advance by email. They’d have to fix every pothole you messaged the server with They would hate that.
