GA10 had Attorney Linda Sullivan Esq.replaced Public Defender, Shawn Tiernan after Tiernan refused to enter this and other video evidence to contradict police dept's criminal charges.
AFter telling the Defendant, "The law does not apply, Shawn Tiernan quit by having a judge recuse him. His position was that the Defendants unwillingness to take his pleas made hi, to problematic to work with and represent. A JGA10 Court Judge agreed and recused attorney Tiernan.
