Hurting Residents, Leaving No Marks
1. In Spring of 2015, Mr. Wright broke and entered into my home at 150 Cove View Road in New London without cause or warrant. No one thought I was in any danger. When I said 'no,' that he couldn't enter without a warrant, Wright called an armored team, broke in & violently tackled me. Pinning me down, he twice bent my right arm backward behind my head, causing agonizing pain, forced screams & left no marks.
2. The Employee placed his subordinates in danger and demonstrated complete disregard for the law when he entered the home with guns drawn. Further, Wright assaulted and tortured this complainant, later writing in a police document that he did this all to save my life and protect my safety. To improve the police force, Wright should receive a psychological assessment by a behavioral specialist. > See more

This is ABSURD police abuse on the part of Brian Wright. The entire New London Police force should train on worst case scenarios like this one to ensure more appropriate outcomes. The NLPD in CT is in desperate need of police reform.
