Your page's "Find in a Library" link is non-functional. Others offer to sell my government's pdf but how did a private party come to possess my tax-paid article whose creation is paid in full?
Why Should I need to pay twice to see my government funded article, given that I have already paid for its creation in full? Why do you fail to make it available right on the ojp.gov/ website? I'm going to post this message now and then with your response please at https://newlondonvoice.com/ojp-gov
